Weekend update
A big thank you to everyone who helped make our two community weekend events successful - shoppers, supporters, volunteers. Between Apex Peak Fest and Meet in the Street, we made over $1,500 for the medical fund. That's a lot of catnip toys (other items were sold but the catnip toys made up at least 2/3 of the sales). People and kitties do love our catnip toys made with 100% organic leaf and flower catnip directly shipped to us. We have many repeat customers each year. THANK YOU!
Congratulations to the following cats/kittens who were adopted this weekend: Leo, Olive, and Ben.
Thank you to our adopters for adopting a rescue cat and to all adoption event volunteers.
Don't forget our Mother's Day specials:

Event Filled First Weekend in May
We have soooo much going on this weekend and several opportunities for you to come talk to our volunteers, buy catnip toys, learn about TNR and the work we do. Or, you know, adopt a new family member.
It's PetSmart National Adoption Weekend. That means if you've been thinking about adopting a cat or kitten, if you do it THIS WEEKEND, PetSmart will donate money to Alley Cats and Angels.
Yes, you adopt, they donate. You can donate too, of course. Every bit helps
Our adoption events this weekend will be from 11am-4pm Saturday and 1-4pm Sunday at PetSmart Knightdale
Two big, annual events are coming Saturday - Apex Peak Fest from 9am-4pm in Downtown Apex and Meet in the Street 9am-6pm Downtown Wake Forest.
So no matter what corner of the Triangle you live in, there's something for you this Saturday.
Apex Peak Fest: booth 81B Salem Street, between Holleman and Moore. 9am-4pm
Meet in the Street: Pod A on S. White St near Elm St. 9am-6pm
We'll be selling catnip toys handmade by our volunteers, AC&A T-shirts, and catnip bubbles. Our volunteers are eager to share their knowledge about low cost spay and neuter options, our programs and helping cats in the community. There's going to be a drawing (2 winners!) for gift cards to Bonefish Grill or BP gas.
