Remember that you can donate
your non functional Christmas lights to Alley Cats and Angels. We're happy to
take them at Adoption events and may also be dropped off at a volunteer near
you. We collect lights and cans to help raise money for our Alter and Alley Cat
low cost spay / neuter program.
Alley Cats and Angels is an all-volunteer, non-profit, 501(c)(3), foster home-based cat rescue organization located in the Triangle, NC area. Alley Cats and Angels is dedicated to improving the lives of the stray, abandoned, and feral cats while reducing the overall number of homeless cats in the Triangle, NC area; we focus on the unwanted and forgotten felines.
Alley Cats and Angels is not your typical cat rescue -- we have a broad range of programs that allows us to find the right solution for cats in various situations. In addition to our adoption program, we have a barn/garden cat program, a feral cat education and assistance/TNR program, and a low cost spay/neuter assistance program ("Alter an Alley Cat").
Help us help foster homes
It's kitten season! Can't foster yourself? You can still help!
Alley Cats and Angels is requesting donations of these cages (or donations towards the purchase of a few of these cages) for our foster homes. We use these in 4 of our foster homes already and find they provide us a great way to isolate tiny kittens or sick adults, so they get use year round. We can separate them into two or give a larger cat both compartments.

Weekend update
A big thank you to everyone who helped make our two community weekend events successful - shoppers, supporters, volunteers. Between Apex Peak Fest and Meet in the Street, we made over $1,500 for the medical fund. That's a lot of catnip toys (other items were sold but the catnip toys made up at least 2/3 of the sales). People and kitties do love our catnip toys made with 100% organic leaf and flower catnip directly shipped to us. We have many repeat customers each year. THANK YOU!
Congratulations to the following cats/kittens who were adopted this weekend: Leo, Olive, and Ben.
Thank you to our adopters for adopting a rescue cat and to all adoption event volunteers.
Don't forget our Mother's Day specials:
