Join us in supporting TNR in Wake County. Let Wake County know they need to be part of the solution for feral cats and the only effective and proven solution is TNR (trap-neuter-return). The ordinance also needs to be caregiver friendly.

Recently a caregiver was fined $300 for feeding feral cats. $300! And if it wasn't paid within 72 hours, a summons for her arrest would have been issued (thankfully it was paid by some OC donors). Keep your dog chained up outside 24x7 and let it bark all day and you don't get a fine that high - or often even a visit from animal control to assess the situation.
Together, we can make a difference.
